AGN feedback is likely to play a crucial role in the co-evolution of the black holes and its host galaxies. Many works in this aspect have been performed in cosmological scale, although this process intrinsically occurs in a galaxy scale. In recent years we have conducted a series of works using numerical simulation to study AGN feedback in a galaxy scale. The Bondi radius of BH accretion is well resolved thus the AGN accretion rate can be precisely calculated. The state-of-the-art AGN physics is adopted so we can calculate the exact outputs of AGNs and consequently their interaction with the ISM. We have investigated the effects of AGN feedback on AGN light curve in cosmological timescale, BH growth, star formation, and AGN duty-cycle. Some ongoing works will be also briefly mentioned.
